Enrollment

Terms and conditions :

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the workshop to take place.

After we have received you pre-enrolment form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and ask you to pay a deposit of € 200 onto the account given.

We will ask you to pay the balance in cash when you arrive at the workshop.

If for any reason the workshop is cancelled, participants will be fully reimbursed.

If a participant cancels after the enrolment and deposit payment deadline of 31 July, the deposit will not be reimbursed. This is because by this time the teachers will have been financially contracted.

Enrolment closes on 10 August.

Price for the workshop participant: € 700 (price includes the course, accommodation and meals).

“Companions” (husband, wife, partner, friend, childrens…) are welcome and encouraged.

Price for an companion: € 400 (price includes accommodation and meals).

Supplement for a single room (limited number) : € 120.

As rooms at the hotel are limited, we unfortunately cannot accept companions alone.

The companions are accommodated in the participant’s room.

Prices do not include insurance.

Travel to and from the workshop is at the participants’ expense, but we are available to help you to find participants for car-sharing and/or a pick up from the nearest train station, Pesaro, to La Miniera.
